CDW Corporation Announces Cash Tender Offers
VERNON HILLS, Ill. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- August 12, 2024
CDW Corporation (NASDAQ: CDW) today announced that it has commenced cash tender offers to purchase any and all of its outstanding 3.875% Senior Notes due 2027 (the "Notes").
The Notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed jointly and severally on a senior unsecured basis by CDW Corporation, CDW Acquisition, Inc. and CDW Holdings, Inc. The tender offers are being made pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the offering memorandum dated August 12, 2024.
